Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) Before production we’ll inspect raw material, components,accessories and potential defects based on samples from client and the partially-produced products by factory. We report our findings to client and provide technical advice to the factory in order to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during inspection. During Production Inspection (DPI) DPI is carried out when 10-15% of the production batch is completed. We’ll inspect the production as well as the products on the line.We identify any possible deviations and offer advice on corrective measures to ensure uniformity of product and quality. Final Random Inspection (FRI) FRI is performed only after all the products are completed and packed for shipment. We’ll check product safety, quantity,workmanship,function,color,size,packing,appearance and more. The inspection ensures that your products comply with relevant country,industry,contract and otherwise –specified requirements. Loading Supervision (LS) Monitor the loading process,verify product quantity and ensure the cargo is handled properly. At last seal the container with TRUSTY Q-I tape as proof of compliance. Final 100% checking Carry out the inspection on full lot size to ensure your goods are shipped with ‘zero defect’. Full Process Quality Control Control the quality throughout all the manufacturing process even the development process.Our activities include but not limited to: coaching factory on related product requirements,making an effective&efficent quality plan and supervising the implement,regularly following up the manufacturing process and daily troubleshooting in production line. Sample Picking Up According to client’s requirements pick up samples randomly in the factory ,seal the samples and send to the appointed address. Supplier Evaluation Evaluate supplier capabilities,quality management system,manufacturing process management and operating procedures. Furthermore we will inform factory your specific quality requirements. Our supplier evaluation report will provide you with strong evidence in making final decision, thereby selecting right suppliers. Social Compliance Audit We focus on the following areas based on SA8000 standard: child labor,health&safety, freedom of association and right to collective bargining ,discrimination,disciplinary practices,working hours,compensation, management system. We also focus on production capabilities and code of conduct based on related international or national standards.
