Huzhou Gaolin Stainless Steel Tube Manufacture Co., Ltd, which locates in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, was set up in 2000. It is near Shanghai, Hangzhou and the beautiful Lake Tai. It contains stainless steel pipe factory, perforation factory, sectional material factory, steel wire factory, steel melting workshop, recycling company, stock room and inspecting centre, totally over 60000 m2. Its assets are over US$20million, and the annual manufacturing capacity is about 20,000 metric tons. We own the strong technology force, advanced equipments and perfect manage system.
Gaolin owns 36 senior engineers, and has achieved the certificates of ISO9001:2000, PED 97/23/EC, ASME boiler tubing, DNV boat tubing and the License of Special Equipments Production (Pressure tubing). We have totally 28 manufacturing lines of stainless steel tubing, which contains 8 lines cold-drawn machines and 20 lines of type LG120-H/LG60-H/LG30-H/LG30/LD30/LG15 enhanced cold-rolling machine. In the inspecting centre, there are advanced equipments, in which the most important ones are Universal Testing Machine for mechanical properties, Direct-reading Spectrometer for chemical composition, Hydrostatic Detecting Machine, Eddy Current Detecting Machine, Ultrasonic Detecting Machine, Impact Testing Machine, Metallurgical Microscopy, beside full sets of analyzing equipments.
Gaolin is one of the best stainless steel tubing manufacturer in China, who specializes in producing all types of austenitic and duplex stainless steel pipe and tube. Under support of advanced manufacturing and testing equipments and so many years of experience, its industrial stainless steel tubing gained very good reputation not only in China, but also in Sweden, Singapore and South Africa, especially those tubes for boiler and heat-exchanger.
