Sell HO S1 Water Ski
The HO S-1 is not just a softer flex version of the HO A-1. The HO S-1 is the second totally new water ski out of the Syndicate Program initiative from HO. Some are touting the S-1 as a water ski specifically designed for 34 mph skiers. The Waterskis test team believe that this ski will also be popular with some 36 mph water skiers. The HO s-1 just has many features that will help it help the 34 MPH water skier. The S1 was the result of over one year of R&D by Bob LaPoint, Will Asher, and Wade Cox and the redt of the HO crew.
The HO S-1 water ski is a blend of some designs used in the front portion of the new HO A-1 and a narrow tail similar to an HO Monza. The result is a ski that initiates a turn similar to the HO A1 but finishes more like a Monza. The HO S-1 was the stability and control that are found in the HO A-1 but because of the changes it is a higher riding, skidded turn ski.
With the addition of the HO S-1, HO now has a high end slalom water ski for all water skiing styles. If you prefer a higher riding, skidded style high speed turn you will love the HO S-1. We also recommend the S-1 if you have liked the HO Monza, Goode, or Fisher. If you prefer a lower riding carving turn that results in a lot of angle cross wake, you will prefer the HO A-1. We recommend the HO A-1 to skiers who have like the Connelly, Radar RS-1, Obrien, or D3.
