Heshan Guoji Nanlian Motorcycle Industry Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise that integrates professional motorcycle development, manufacturing and export. The company is located near the beautiful Dayan Mountain,Heshan city, which enjoys the reputation of the hometown of oversee Chinese, adjacent to Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Foshan, and is very convenient in land and sea transportation. The company was founded in 1998, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, having two workshops, three vehicle production lines, with an annual vehicle production capacity of 300,000 units.(two more production lines are planned to be built before 2015, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 units by then.
Our motto is "Quality is a companys cornerstone, while innovation is its life", by which we have built our good development and innovation ability. The company now has more than 400 employees, of which more than 120 have college education, accounting for 33% of the total number of our employees; while those who have technical secondary school education or above account for more than 90%. For development equipments and facilities, we have the analysis of motorcycle emissions testing system, exhaust gas analyzer, the motorcycle chassis and engine dynamometer, three-dimensional coordinates and UG design system software and other sets of international advanced equipment and development platform created for the sustainable development of enterprises core competitiveness.
While the enterprise has kept promoting its development and innovation ability, it is also gradually importing into advanced product quality management techniques and resource information management technologies. Since 2002, companies have passed the comprehensive review of national production, the European emission testing, Euro ? emission testing, and obtained ISO1900, ISO14000, China Compulsory Product "CCC" certification. In 2008, the company adopted the ERP resource management systems of procurement, logistics, manufacturing and sales and marketing for the systems resource development and resource planning.
