HeBei HuiGuo Casting Group Co., Ltd is located in Hebei Xingtang county, 250 kms south away from Beijing. It consists of a smelting plant, a foundry and a machinery plant. The area is 73,000 square meters with 580 employees and 20 technicians. As a comprehensive group we can produce 35,000 MT pig iron, over 5000 MT casting, 800 agricultural machines annually. Our company has own import-export authority and was awarded ISO9001 in 2000.
Established in 1980, our company has enough technology and experience to meet different clients’ requests. We can manufacture various ductile and gray iron casting including auto part, agricultural machine part, engineer mechanical part, urban constructional part and so on. By now, our company has explored and produced more than 200 different products. We not only satisfy the domestic market demand, but also export to the America, Europe, Asia and many other countries in the world.
Presently, our company possesses two 3T, 5T cupolas, a 750KG electric stove, three rotor-type and roller-type sand mixers, a box-type sand removal, six cylinder-type sand removals, two molding machines, two fire-back kilns, 46 general machine processing equipments, one gear-box production line, allround physical properties analysis and inspection instruments. We adopt priming and top coating and make sure of meeting our clients’ different requests. We assure our products’ view and sizes, mechanical property as well as other quality required. Meanwhile, our company continues to adopt the most advanced techniques in the world, hire a lot of technique talents, expand the updated equipment for production.
