Please Read the Instruction Sheet Carefully Before Performing the Test PRECAUTIONS: • Test instructions must be followed precisely to insure accurate results. • For in vitro diagnostic use. Not to be taken internally. • Do not use it after the expiration date. • Do not open the test kit foil pouch until you are ready to perform the assay. The test kit should remain in the sealed pouch until use. • Keep out of the reach of children. • Store in a dry place at 4-30°C or 39-86°F. Foil pouch should be at room temperature before opening. • Do not freeze. • Please wash hand after performing the assay. • Discard the used kit to right trashcan. HOW TO USE 1. Collect your urine in a clean, dry container and the assay should be performing immediately. 2. Remove the cassette test from the foil pouch and discard the desiccant packet just before performing the test. 3. Use the pipette to withdraw urine from the specimen collection container and dispense 3-4 drops in a vertical position into sample well. 4. As the test begins to work, you may notice a light red flow moving across the Test and Control windows. The test result should be read within 5 minutes. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
