Our company Hangzhou Dongshi Auto Parts Manufacturing Co, Ltd was a joint venture with foreign investors, of which line of business covered designing, manufacturing, exporting a wide range of Driveshaft Assembly, Universal Joint Assembly and other relevant auto parts. We were specialized in producing Driveshaft, Universal Joint, Bearings for all kinds of cars, and related auto parts, and we had been in this line of business more than 10 years. The items we were mainly dealing with were as follows: Driveshaft for cars, Driveshaft for construction machinery and equipment, Driveshaft for agricultural machinery, Universal Joint Assembly, Bearings for all kinds for cars, Roller Bearings, Needles, Universal Coupling, etc. Our products were sold at home and abroad since we started the business in this line and they had already met with a warm reception.
At present, our products have been aimed at overseas market and they had been mainly exported to the following countries or regions such as US, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Russia, Brazil, Iran , Australia, and Africa, and also we have a stable business relations with clients in these overseas market.
Our capacity to supply was very large, annual volume of the production for each item was as follows: 2 .5 million pieces of Universal Joint Assembly, 600 thousand pieces of Bearings for auto, 2 billion Needles, and 150 thousand pieces of Driveshaft. We managed our production in modern style, we could schedule our production according to orders from our clients, and at the same time we have special stock system for our products, so that we could make sure that each cargo can be delivered on time once our clients placed their orders.
The advanced facilities, perfect quality checking system, powerful technical forces and qualified staff ensured the equality of our products. Our QC system was strictly in compliance with ISO9001, each index of product technique had reached high level in this field. Qualified products enabled us to provide better service for our clients, and the improvement of products equality determined us to have more advantages over our competitors. Since we started to produce Needle Bearings in 1995, we had taken measures to guarantee products quality with a positive attitude. We always pursued best quality of our products. We have our own QC system besides ISO9001. So, our products have met with a warm reception home and abroad because of their fine quality.
Our customers’ supports enabled us to expand production scale. In order to meet demand of our customers, we expanded our production for Auto Bearings, Universal Joint Cross, Universal Joint Assembly in1999 and Driveshaft in 2004 respectively. We have had our own strength through our ten years efforts since established ourselves in 1995 in this line and accumulated a large amount of valuable professional techniques about research, development, design, and production for Universal Joint. We have researching and developing system for products in our company besides our production system. We have our own intellectual property and most of our products have been granted patents .At the same time, we can manufacture any kind of samples that our clients provided and also design and develop new styles in line with their requests.
