Our blocks are dimensional tested by expert Technical personnel. The metallurgical and chemical composition are maintained so as to achieve ASTM with G-4000 Grade as per the ISO Norms.
The Hardness of our blocks varies from 210/ 240 B.H.N. Our Blocks are supplied with Bore Cross Honed & Plateau Honed on Fully Automatic Hydraulic Expansion Honing Machines, which avoids frictional losses by maintaining an oil film between the cylinder and the piston (Oil Retention), thus giving saving in oil consumption and increasing the life of the cylinder block.
We are equipped with:
? Foundry Division: Induction Melting Furnace, Chemical Analysis Lab Testing.
? Ultra Modern Fully Automatic Shell Molding & Core Shooter Machines.
? Highly Advanced Machine Shop. HAAS (USA) CNC Vertical Machining Centers & CNC Turning Centers.
? Honing : Plateau Honing Process along with necessary Graphs For Oil Retention
? Inspection: All Standard Mitutoyo Air Gauges, Height Gauges & Surface Testers.

Exports: We are at present exporting Fully Machined Cylinder Blocks of - Deutz Diesel German Engines (i.e. FL - 912, 913 FL- 614), Rock Drill. In addition we also export Cylinder blocks for Two Wheelers & Three Wheelers like Vespa & Bajaj to Middle East, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Singapore & South East Asian Countries.
We are fully geared to Export, any type of Finned Cylinder Blocks as per Sample or Drawing.
