I am the sixth generation, to produce pure, organice maple products from our family owned and operated maple syrup production center. Our products come soley from our trees, which are located in central Ontario Canada. I am the first generation to find intrest in brining our product to the global market. Maple syrup is a pure alternative to bleached sugar, also may be used for the tradtional purposes, ie: pancakes & ice cream. In Canada, maple syrup is a true Canadian delecasie, and is very popular among people chosing organic lifestyles.
