Sell glucoamylase
Glucoamylase was derived from submerged fermentation of selected Aspergillus niger. Its sanitation items adopt standard of WHO and FAO GRAS. It can improve quality of products, increase yields, decrease cost and provide advantage conditions to technical progress of enterprises. The products are widely used in starch syrup, alcohol, fuel ethanol, fermentation industry, textile etc.
PRINCIPLE
Glucoamylase can hydrolysis terminal 1, 4 alpha -D-glucosidic bond from the non-reducing ends of starch and yield glucose. It can also slowly catalyze the hydrolysis of alpha-1, 6-glucosidic bond and covert into maltose and dextrin.

Definition of Activity:
1 unit equals the amount of enzyme which produces 1.0 mg glucose at 40, pH 4.6 in one hour.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Ethanol production: add 120-200 u/g enzymes at 60, keep for 30-60 mins.
Starch syrup: add 100-300 u/g enzymes at pH 4.2-4.5, keep at 60for 30-60 mins.
Brewery: beer, fuel ethanol, liquor, rice wine, vinegar and other industries.
Other industries: MSG, antibiotics, citric acid, etc. 100-300 u/g enzymes at pH 4.5, 60
SHIPPING AND STORAGE
Declared activity is maintained for at least six months below 25, and maintained for 12 months at 5. Keep in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
