d. sourcing the correct partners for the Client’s scheme that share his / her enthusiasm and or dreams, with the drive and commitment to succeed;
e. providing guidance for Client’s and service providers alike to establish the major mile stones prior to the agreement of the heads of terms.
f. procuring, negotiating and agreeing the heads of terms with Client and service providers to enable early involvement thus reducing overall project costs;
g. the evolution of long lasting term maintenance contracts to ensure the newly created schemes achieve a sustainable level of success for their whole life cycle;
h. ensuring the correct fuel trade agreements are negotiated and facilitated with major fuel suppliers thus ensuring a complete level of service to the community and society as a whole;
