Currently, our company supply different surface finishes such as: LEAD FREE HAL, GOLD PLATING, CHEMICAL GOLD/SILVER/TIN, and O.S.P. that meet ROH’S requirement.



In order to offer services to customers in China, ExPlus have established a production site in Guang Dong, China, thus enhancing us offer quick delivery in meeting customers growing demand. Simultaneously, we stepped into SMT industry and provide assembly services in 2001. Since year 2005, we also start to provide the FPCB to our customers.
