Payment; We do not issue PB against activation by LC We do not deliver to China with standard LC. Only with a SBLC, usually issued by the agents of the China company outside , such as HK, Singapore ,etc. SBLC. valid for 14 months on a 1 year contract. Delivery/inspections We deliver to the buyer’s final destination port (in case, China and wait for CIQ/SGS report). If report is OK (CIQ/SGS, etc) ** then buyer wire transfers the payment. The SBLC is there as a guarantee. ** If CIQ (SGS,etc) report does not accept our analysis, we have right, at our option, to ask for the return of the cargo (at our expense).
