ISOMAT S.A. is one of the biggest producers of building chemicals and pre-mixed mortars in Greece.
The company was founded in 1980 in Thessaloniki by setting the objective of providing system solutions for the protection and improvement of building constructions. ISOMAT has well-organized Departments for Technical Support, R&D and Quality Control.
ISOMAT S.A. produces and supplies to the construction sector (the biggest construction companies and huge number of wholesaler spots) the following groups of products:
1) Concrete & Mortar Additives (very developing product category in countries, where the using of concrete additives is prescribed)
2) Waterproofing Materials (this category is our biggest strength, since we have a great range of products to achieve permanent waterproofing of constructions).
3) Tile adhesives & Grouts (great range of cement based adhesives (ca. 15 different products) and a large range of MULTIFILL grouts (24 colors).
4) Strengthening & Repairing Materials, cement and epoxy based (special developed category for countries with earthquake problems like Greece and Japan for instance, which includes new technology of strengthening of columns and slabs with FRP systems (Fibre Reinforced Polymers).
5) Ready Mixed Decorative Plasters (in a large variety of colors, which eliminate the need of painting of the facade).
6) Industrial Floorings, cement and epoxy based (for warehouses, parking stations, laboratories etc.).
Nowadays, it employs 137 people, 16 of them being specialised engineers. The industrial installation together with the main offices and warehouses are in Thessaloniki, while there is a warehouse and office complex also in Athens. Furthermore, ISOMAT S.A. has three company affiliates in Romania, Bulgaria and in Serbia & Montenegro.
Besides aforementioned countries, ISOMAT products are being exported to Ukraine, Cyprus, Turkey, Kosovo, FYROM, Sweden, Croatia, Italy, Russia, Albania, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and Moldova.
Moreover, the company is constantly reaching out to new countries and markets.
