1. The Coiling ranges from Wire Diameter 0.2mm to 14.0 mm and we have the manufacturing facility to make endless types of Springs viz. Helical Compression, Torsion, Double Torsion, Tension, Conical, and Wire Forms etc.
2. The shock Absorbers for Mopeds, Scooters, Motorcycle, Three Wheelers, Car, Jeep, LCV, HCV, and Trailer.
We have number of Imported Machines which includes CNC Coiling Machine too that are manufactured by Globally Reputed Spring Machine Manufacturers viz. Wafios, Karl Hack, Bennet and Tokyo Coiling Machine.
We feel proud to be directly associated with leading Automobile Manufacturers and their suppliers at tier-1 and tier-2 level like TVS, HONDA, DENSO, SUZUKI, TATA, GRAMMER, ABB, CLASS, OJD, FAIVELEY, INDUS and more others.
We have an in-house facility to design & develop products as per Customer Specifications and are also equipped with endurance laboratory to test the products in-house for meeting/exceeding the industry requirements.
We have installed an ERP system to enhance the Productivity at all Levels.
The HRD department ensures selection and development of highly professional and talented team that places the need of the customers first in sensitive global market.
Safety, health and working environment of employees is well taken care-of and motivational systems help in creating total employee involvement.
We export to different countries like USA, Brazil, Egypt, Russia, Netherlands, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Turkey, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and others directly and indirectly through merchant exporters.
