About Us

Customaid was established in the year 2003. Its a young but fast growing company. It started by supplying Kenyan curios (Hand crafts) to Rwanda. Today its supplying two additional countries; Uganda and Burundi. Likewise customaid introduces these countries to the Kenyan market. Customaid aims at mixing all african crafts in every possible african country and then supply the same to other continents. The name customaid is from two words 'Customer' and 'Maid'. Customaid, I am a customers maid. Thus, was established with customaid need as the main aim for the business. You need it, we will get. Just as you need it. You are the reason to why we are here.

Today, the products are grouped in 12 groups namely; soapstone carvings, african jewelry, Batiks and paintings, bead work, leather works, baskets and other bags, masks, musical instruments, wood carvings, wire works, african fabrics and others.

The items are not numbered yet and the number is increasing day by day. Today, they are simply said to be many, and very many. I would be my pleasure to send pictures of my collections. And to grow with any business that would like to discover africa with me. By the end of the year, there will be curios for 4 additional countries. Customaid vision is big and I am taking a day at a time.

The company does not make all these items but sources from the best artist and gives very competitive prices. Customaid therefore sells the best products, from the artist themselves and puts sales volume before profit margin.
