Olkusan having machinery equipped with the latest technology has a production capacity of 300 meter per minute or 52,000 tons per year with full electronics Marquip branded corrugator which is commissioned in 1999. There are different types of manufacturing machines which may manufacture up to 3 colored graphics within the range of min 385 - max 2900 mm. of lengths and min 190 - max 1850 mm. of widths. All types of standard boxes and special-cut boxes may be manufactured with the rotary and flat-cutting blade machines. Furthermore, there are folding-splicing machines capable of making adhesion throughout inside or outside, and manual and semi-automatic stitching machines.
All kinds of operations are managed through Quality Assurance System pursuant to ISO 9002 which has been certified by BVQI on 30th July 1999. The laboratory equipped with all necessary equipment which tests raw materials and the products continuously ensures high quality products.
