CONSTECH INTERNATIONAL founded in 1996 deals in commodities like sugar, cement & fertilizers. Mr. Z.I.Choudri is the ceo (owner) of the company comes with the mission of providing e-business services to end buyer, end seller and to facilitate the sell & buy process.
Procedure
1. We work strictly on I.C.C rules with end buyer, end seller and their authorized rep. supplier/agent.
2. After receiving LOI / BCL from our end buyer we forward it to our relaiable suppliers for confirmation of quantity and supply period to save our respectable buyers precious time. WE PREFER TO WORK WITH END BUYER AND END SELLER.
3. On confirmation our seller sends FCO and draft contract to our BUYER.
4. All parties sign FPA to secure the fee / commission.
5. We make a call on every mature deal to know each other and to enquire phones and fax addresses.
6. We try to maintain realistic fee, commission, please avoid adding commission individually.
7.Interested manufacturer, seller & buyer sends their contact & product details, requirements for quick deal. We try to avoid intermediories who waste time and result expirey of documents result non. Without wasting a minute we take action and LOI with banking coordinates/BCL/ICPO to the supplier.
8.We confirm price & quantity of supply, loading time table and send FCO and DRAFT CONTRACT. Buyer and seller are free to settle down their own all terms and conditions.
Please do not go after cheaper rates.This also cause delay in deal or end none just all waste of time. We send updating price lists to our valuable buyers. please send us your inquiries to serve you better.
