Some Of the special features in our Bulker
•?We use Main M.S. plates ( IS – 2062 Make Essar Steel ) of various thicknesses like 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm as per the size and requirement of bulker.
•?Our tanker have Air-slide cloth which is special Solid Woven with Filament Polyester in warp and Spun Polyester in weft. This fabric is already with PTFE Treatment. Fabric is self-cleaning. Therefore the Fabric has always the same air penetration.
•?Legs support of our Bulker is fully supported with chassis.
•?We use Valves of M/S Audco India Ltd. Make (Marketing by L & T group of company).
•?We use Axle of KKTC no need to hub-grising upto 1.5 Lacs Km., Axle tube is completely single piece and have bearing play adjusting system through checknut
•?We use Suspension of KKTC which is reliable proven design, Australia ADR approved, taper bushing or greaseless powdered metal bushing for high durability, high strength material for longer life at higher loads and simple maintenance.
•?We use Mechanical Telescopic landing gear and king pin of Fuwa
•?We use Wheel Rim of KKTC
