Brassco was incorporated in 1970 as Brassco India, than in 19th Nov 1992 a new sister company was formed as Brassco Exports and in 3rd July 2000 another company was formed as Brassco International to concentrate on US markets. Today the Brassco has become the Brassco Group. These companies were formed mainly to manufacture and export high quality E.P.N.S. wares.
Brassco has a long standing Export Business Company promoted by Mr. Ajit Gupta. Over the years Brassco has earned a reputation of reliability and quality Conscious Company and is capable of handling exclusive business. Brassco is engaged in Export business of Brass Art Wares, Aluminium Wares, E.P.N.S. Wares, and Wood Handicrafts for the Last thirty Years. The company mainly works in the European market.
We have the privilege of having some very elite names as customers. Top and “A” Grade chains of France, Holland, UK, Switzerland. The company has many buyers in Australia, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and have handled special projects of the customers.

PRODUCTS
The company started off as a exporter of tableware silver plated goods only, than gradually the line got expanded in addition to tablewares to giftwares, Christmas wares, candle related items and so on. In 1994, Brassco started dealing in Aluminium Artwares.
Brassco today exporting all EPNS Artwares, Brass Artwares, Wooden Handicrafts, Aluminum Artwares and are working on various new finishes like Nickle, Pewter, Black Nickle, Chrome, Antique finishes & different satin finishes etc.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
We have moderate plant to work.
Over hundred articians and workers are engaged at different stages of production. Being in a cottage and handicraft line, not much machinery is required. However, we are giving details of the production process and logistics etc..
RAW MATERIAL
Non ferrous metal alloy of copper / zinc ( Brass ) in combinations of various uses.
PROCESS & MACHINERY FOR PRODUCTION
Furnaces for moulding / casting, slow speed spinning mechanised machine for scrapping as well as spinning legths, fitting and soldering ( assembly ) is done by blowers stoves each piece manually. Engraving is done by articians manually by their skilful hands.
Quality control is done at every stage of production beginning from selection and composition of raw material ( as per requirements of the product to be manufactured ) casting, scrapping and finally after soldering ( assembly ) stage.
Second stage of production starts with polishing, which is done by mechanized machine. After checking each piece, polished items are cleared for packing in case of brass art wares, Aluminium and wood etc. As for plating be it Nickle, silver, chrome or any other process or lacquer etc., each item is checked before it is cleared for any of the above process.
Finally the goods after plating and finishing are received for packing but here also every item is checked before it is cleared for packing and into Boxes and Master cartons. Expertise to handle any specialized project is fully available with us and can be further expanded as per requirements.
The turnover of the company is US $ 1 million.
