Sell Bonny Light Crude Oil
For sale BLCO, quantity 2mbbls per month for a 12mth contract with option to extend, on a TTT basis only.
We are looking for serious buyers only, who can provide the needed documentation, i.e.: LOI, ICPO etc. Also our NCNDA must be signed and sealed to proceed. Copy of original buyers mandate / agent authorisation letter. All documents must be unsanitized.
We will only deal with the direct mandate of Buyer or Buyer
We our the sellers mandate and the Sellers side is closed
Procedures:
1. Buyer to provide LOI & soft bank probe
2. FCO
3. The Buyer and the Seller sign the contract. Buyer and Seller initial each page
4. Within 24 hours, Buyer responds with his Letter of Credit & vessel particulars, authority to load.
5. The Seller loads & send NOR which contains the following, call sign, captains name receipt of loading showing Q and Q all in sellers name and other relevant co-ordinates of his tanker.
6. Seller vessel sails along side with Buyers vessel at a safe and secured discharge point. (40/60 nautical miles off Nigerian territorial waters.)
7. The tanker-to-tanker transfer takes place.
8. An independent SGS inspector appointed by the Buyer monitors the transfer of cargo, ascertains the quality and quantity and reports back the same to the buyer and the Seller.
9. Payment to all parties involved shall be simultaneously done in full within 24 hours of release of shipping documents as per final Q&Q report.
