Biz-Hub enters into working agreements with two major banks for the facilitation of Bank Guarantees, Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Warranties (Avals) and Performance Bonds.
To its credit, Biz-Hub is now mandated with two major Investors for International Finance:-

a) Funding at 100%

Loan amounts up to US $ 100.0 mm --- Real Estate Development & Construction --- Hotels, Resorts, Energy, Manufaturing --- Natural resources as in Diamond or Gold.
b) Loans of over 100 Million Euro Plus

Low Interest rates --- 10 year Terms (can be increased or reduced) --- 5 year Moratorium on the interest charge --- No interest in the end use of the loan --- Bank Guarantee must be available/obtainable by Borrower AA/AAA rated. Any type of project/application will be considered as the Bank Guarantee will cover the risk.
