Gilac brewery was born in 2007 october. It starts from the idea of the three founders.
All of them had previous experience in different working activities that they could bring into this new experience as background and know-how. Salvatore was a manager in a manufacturing factory, Claudia a biologist and Vincenzo a trader.
At the very beginning Gilac brewery produced only three different types of beer: amber, red and strong ale. Since the market was asking more, Gilac was ready to understand this requirement and suddenly start to brew more types of differet style:
in 2008 a weizen beer
in 2009 a belgian strong ale
in 2010 a pils beer
in 2011 an organic beer
for Christmas 2011 Gilac will launch on the market a top production: a cuvèe beer made as the champagne is done.

Even though the production growth the brewery is still manteining a craft care in brewing its own beers in order to still offer to final customer a perfetc product still different from mass production.
