This glass beads is one composition of this paint) according to the standard of U.K BS6088-A and BS6088 B, U.S.A AASHO M247 TYPE 1 and AASHO M247 TYPE II, Europe Drop ON Type EN 1423 and Pre-MIX Type EN 1424, Australia AS2009 B3.2, Korea KS, except of the Chinese standard. Road micro glass beads are mainly used in road reticule dope of normal temperature types or hot melt types, including premixing and surface spreading. The premixing type micro glass beads may be mixed in the dope in producing hot melt type road dope, which could guarantee that the road reticule can glisten for a long time in service lifespan. The other one could play the role of instant glistening when spreading on surface of mark line.
The coating micro glass beads through surface treatment can greatly enhance the adhesion of the micro glass beads and hot melt mark line, strengthen the refractive index of road mark, and also has self clean-up, resistance to fouling, resistance to damp and so on. Road-used micro glass beads are used to improve the converse reflective capability of road dope and enhance the security while driving at night.
