Now we are engaged in the manufacture of Precision Investment Castings through Lost Wax Method Process as per Customer's drawings and specifications. We have In-house designing, manufacturing & testing facility to make the finest INVESTMENT CASTINGS by lost wax process of world-class quality, consistency, specific requirements and timely delivery. Well-qualified and experienced professionals to design dies / tools, to ensure robust but economic die / tool designing with absolute precision in detail.
We have Installed Induction Farness with 150 Kg. Crucible and 100 Kg. crucibles. We have installed Capacity of 20M.T. Per Month. We have well equipped machinery and trained staff of supply the quality casting in due time. We have installed the Spectrometer for the chemical analysis.
We have started our first unit in the name of B. B. Engineering, wherein we are manufacturing the Dies for Investment Casting. In the year 1998 we have started our foundry in the name of B. B. Cast for Non Ferrous Casting such as Brass, Gun Metal, Alluminium and its alloys. Now we have ISO 9001 certified. We have full facility to supply the components in finished condition.
