Automatic Asphalt Drum Mix Plant, generally consisting of following accessories :
A. Cold Aggregates Feeder Bins – 4 Nos. & 1 No gathering conveyor with A.C. variable frequency inverter based variable speed drives on each bin.
B. Single Deck Vibratory Screen for oversize material removal
C. Slinger Conveyor for feeding cold aggregate into dryer drum.
D. Insulated Dryer cum Mixing Drum (Thermo drum) fitted with Modulating type Pressure jet electronically fired oil burner. The Drum is driven by Friction Drive arrangement with 4 nos. helical geared motors. This replaces conventional cradle chain drive and in turn eliminates maintenance & breakdown caused by chain drive
E. Load out Conveyor fitted with Gob Hopper & Hydraulic Power Pack
F. Insulated Bitumen Tank fitted with pumping station and Auto Burner (capacity of 20 MT)
G. Fuel Storage Tank
H. Mineral Filler Unit
I. Control panel fully automatic: (can be operated in auto / semi auto / manual mode) PLC based computerized control panel, with all AC drive with synchronization and master controls, Burner controls, attached with printer unit for print out records, housed air conditioned control cabin room (with air conditioner).
J. Wet Scrubber type Pollution Control Unit with high efficiency ventury, Exhaust blower, water pump & chimney.
