We at Enginemates Heat Transfer have been providing comprehensive and customized heat transfer solution for design and manufacture of Air Cooled Coolers specific to customer requirements and satisfaction for over 3 decades.
We manufacture a larg e variety of air cooled coolers to cool different mediums like Oil, Water, Air, Gas and Hydrocarbons. The heat exchanger manufactured by us are of different sizes and using variety of materials like copper, steel, brass and aluminum. All these air cooled coolers are custom designed as per customer specification for heat transfer and size.
We manufacture air fin coolers for many applications mainly gas compressors, air compressors, coal bed methare, refinery and petrochemical plants. Our product rang e includes air coolers, air cooled heat exchangers, gas coolers, high pressure air coolers, air coolers, forced draft coolers, coal bed methare compressor coolers and radiators.
Our plant is certified for “U” & “R” stamp. We are an active member o f HTRI (Heat Transfer Research Inc) and use it for all our design.
We have our fining capacity for manufacture of “L” and “G” fined tubes of upto 40 ft long. Aluminium fins are mechanically bonded to tubes provides more surface area for heat transfe r. A luminium has low cost, less weight & good thermal conductivity compared to other metals hence now a days these tubes are taking place of conventional copper finned tubes.
