The Company has been working in the field of design and manufacture of bridge inspection units since the sixties.
Housing administration, design offices, production and testing facilities are based on a 23.000 square meters site in Northern Italy.
The plant is provided of all the most advanced facilities for the production of access equipment, among which we like to mention a bridge for testing the machines prior to delivery.
The thirty-years experience of the Company in the field of design and co ns truction of access equipment of any kind and complexity has enabled the company to develop a new and complete range of machines for aerial works of the most advanced conception.
1) VERY HIGH WORKING HEIGHTS
It is a range of aerial platforms m ount ed o n trucks from 2 to 5 axles and working heights comprised between 44 and 86 m.
The working outreach of the platforms is the highest realized today on the market by this kind of machines and the degree of stability is particularly elevated and it is guara nteed in all envisaged work conditions.
The elements of the telescopic booms are made of high-resistance steel plates and the cross sections are conceived for having different thicknesses.
The work platforms, of large sizes and extendi ng hydra ulically , are suitable for bringing safe working loads comprised between 280 and 440 Kg. and they can rotate around a vertical axis up to 320° ( +/- 160°).
2) RAIL AND ROAD BRIDGES
Designed to allow light inspection and maintena nce jobs o n rail/roa d bridges and viaducts, the bucket-type machines belonging to this production range are conceived to offer a high manoeuvre speed, agility and operational safety.
They are installed either on to truck, as far as the road version is concerne d, or on to power-operated trolleys and wagons for the rail version.
3) UNDER BRIDGE INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
The wide platforms this range allow the operators to carry out whichever repairing job underneath the bridge deck level.
Suitable to o perate in the most strained environmental conditions, these units allow access to bridges having barriers up to more than 5 m height and, thanks to a special device, they enable to check the condition of piers up to more than 50 m depth.
4) ROAD GALL ERIES AND OVERLA PS
The experience gained by the Company in the design and construction of access equipment of various types and complexity, allowed the company to develop very recently a new state of the art aerial work platform desig ned for checking a nd maintenance of road galleries and overlaps.
This equipment can be mounted on to a truck having a total load of 12 tons and it is able to reach
working heights up to 10,5 m, measured from the road surface.
The Company is ISO 9001 certified a nd testing of machin es and certification of safety standards is provided according to current rules of country of destination.
