AbsoGene®DNA isolation kits that are used in genetics and biotechnology provide purification of nucleic acids from bacterial cultures, blood, fungi, insect, tissue, etc. Compared to the conventional DNA isolation methods, these kits are more rapid, easier, and less hazardous. The high yield and quality of the product are provided by spin columns and optimized composition of buffers, both of which are specially designed for different samples. Purified DNA is used intensively in applications such as PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion, subcloning and sequencing reactions.
