 D-BMS Distributed Building Management System is software solution which really fit into multi vendor interoperability solution. Currently works with lonwors and modbus, at both level Field Bus and IP. Characteristic of the system is that consist from three parts IP data acquisition unit ( DAS) which do the communication with Lon IP 852 and Modbus TCP as well SNMP. At lon network DAS is seen in Lonmaker as device. From Lonworks point of view DAS is device so thati does M2M communication. Other part of DAS talk to the BMS servers through UCMP protocol which event driven protocol and allow us to see lonworks network as device so we can think on UCMP as WAN protocol for the building management system. Second part is DBMS server which through event driven mechanism communicate between DAS units and Clients. DBMS server take care of Alarms, HMI data generation, Trends as well communication towards third party systems. DBMS builder allow us to integrate all networks into one entity. Builder read directly LNS, so integration is very fast and reliable. HMI Viewer is configured through Builder too. System support SMS, as well E-mail messaging and could be easy connected to any FM software. main development were done in C++ and JAVA. currenty HMI goes through Web star structure. HMI use vector grahichs for presentation of information as well as posibilty to have layers on screen graphic.
