Tray

Porcelain enamel is the products which inorganic glass frit is coated on the surface of metal. It has no pores or scratches to provide bacteria with a place to grow. And it's totally non-toxic. It is the safest and most sanitary coating method. Trays could be coated with Enamel Teflon(PTFE). Enamel Teflon has two layer which are enamel and Teflon. PTFE was developed by DuPont, USA and introduced as TEFLON. This coating has not only chemical proof and excellent mechanical characteristics, but also nonstick properties which are difficult to obtain from other coatings. Nonstick performance means easier cleaning, and an environmental benefits. PTFE could be coated on aluminum, aluminum die casting as well as steel. PTFE coating is thermally stable up to temperature of 260C. It is very safe for using inside of the oven.
