Enkomak Multideck Oven
Enkomak Multideck ovens are heated by combustion gases which is circulated inside the parallel tubes place between the decks. Heat distribution is even for top and bottom of each deck. This ensures homogeneous baking for all types of products. Independent steamers for each deck supply high steam production at any time a special shaped heat resistant combustion chamber allows a constant control of the wall temperature and ensures a long life. Circulation fan motor has been installed directly on the drive motor and the motor is cooled by an extra fan. Multideck ovens are manufactured in different capacities. Baking surfaces are 5.10.15.18 square meter. Diesel, natural gas or electric energized multideck ovens are available.
