1. Pre-productions Check (PPC);
2. Initial Production Check (IPC);
Before the production starts, qaChina will check the quality of raw materials, components and the first few finished units and make sure that appropriate production techniques will be used. The IPC will highlight any non-conformity, thus permits timely correction and improvements before the bulk of production are initiated. The IPC should be carried out when approximately 10% of the merchandise has been produced (minimum 32 pieces).
3. During Production Check (DUPRO);
In this service, qaChina will check that the corrections and improvements suggested during the IPC were implemented, examine the existing production, and advise the manufactures of any further corrections or improvements to be made. The packaging materials and all labeling and markings may also be checked at this stage if available. The DUPRO should be carried out when 20-50% of the merchandise has been produced (minimum 32 pieces)
4. In-line and End of line Check;
Is production on schedule and in conformity with your requirement? In some special cases or situations, for example in extremely busy peak seasons, you want to make sure the shipment date is in time. qaChina arranges experts to the factory to track and monitor the orders for you. Check in-line production and end of line production and discuss the issues found with the factory everyday. A follow-up inspection report with professional solutions everyday will leave you "peace of mind" without hassle. We provide this service from the right beginning of production till loading of containers (Referring to loading supervision), anytime.
5. Final Random Inspection (FRI);
qaChina will inspect the selected samples at random against your specifications and approved/ref. samples. This inspection involves a close examination covering such items as construction, workmanship, color, odor, measurement, weight, function, assortment, packaging, labelling marking, etc. the FRI takes place after your merchandise has been 95%(as usually 5% of increase/decrease is allowed) produced and at least 80% of the shipment packed.
6. Loading Supervision;
This service ensures that a lot is being shipped in proper condition and in its entirety. When the consignment is to be shipped by container, we first examine the container itself and then ensure that the stuffing operation is carried out properly, namely those cartons are securely stacked and not mishandled.
