IBC CLEANING SYSTEM

For the internal cleaning tanks used highpressure heads, which send down to the inlet to the center. The processof cleaning tanks is mechanical with a fluid under high pressure. Tofacilitate and accelerate the process of washing and sanitising(disinfection), use selected chemicals and the different temperaturewashing liquids, or evaporation. Cleanign system includes:

any number of rotary washing heads, pneumatic or electric
a system of aggregates 180 bar with all accessories
set elektrovalves needed to operate the equipment
a system of dispensing chemicals
work machine control system based on the controller PLC
the connection of steam, hot water (max 60 Celsius deegre), iniector collect of cleaning-disinfection liquid.
