Usage:
Flushing Filters :When using pure water machine for the first time ,filter should be
flushed as following step :
Open the inlet water ball valve ,open RO bypass flush valve ,insert the plug of power
supply in the socket of power ,booster pump starts work ,concentrate emission port
begins to emission concentrate water .After flushing process is complete ,open
diverter valve in pressure tank ,close RO membrane flushing ball and now begin to
produce pure water ,at the same time concentrate emission flux dropped obviously .
Maintenance :
Replace cartridges regularly to maintenance water quality .Make sure each filter
works effectively and guarantee water quality to pass standard .If cartridges are
changed regularly ,pure water machine users can enjoy high quality pure water
permanently .
Cartridge replacement period depends on the source water quality and the
consumption of pure water .Following are the suggested replacement period of each
filter on the basis that the source water is city running water.
First stage filter :3 to 6 months
Second stage filter :4-9 months
Third stage filter(RO Membrane ) :5-10 months
Fourth stage filter : 12-24 months
Cartridge replacement period depends on the pure water consumption and the
source water quality .If adopt safety replacement frequency mentioned above, the
pure water quality can be guaranteed .Therefore above suggestions are for reference
only .
RO membrane flush :During the source of pure water producing ,RO membrane
surface will be begrimed withimpurity and germ .Therefore water quality will drop .So
regular RO membres washing is needed
