we can only accept proposals that are secured by a bank guarantee, letter of credit or insurance guarantee.
we are selective in the projects we accept. our fee schedule is one percent (1%)
of all amounts funded through our sources at the time of funding.
we also request a five (5) year protection period that entitles us to a one percent (1%)
fee if the customer refinances or obtains additional funding from our lending source during the protected period.
