The details we would firstly like to find out are: product specifications (inclusive any latest SGS/CIQ report of the related stocks, FCO, Draft Contract and etc.), delivery lead-time, available existing and production stock, available annual quantity, available monthly consistent quantity, payment term & conditions and please quote your best FOB price (not CFR) in USD or EUR. We could start business immediately if you had physical stock for immediate shipment. We could negotiate about yearly contract after a few smooth initial transactions.
Payment is by 100% L/C at sight (issued at first-class bank in Hong Kong); 95% to be released based on SGS report and counter endorsement by our representatives dispatched to mine site, warehouse & loading port, balance of 5% after CIQ inspection at discharging port in China.
