1. COMMODITY: TEAK, LOGS, LUMBER
2. SPECIFICATION: Each log marked the length, the circular length and the date of cutting down, with numbers that will appear on the packing list.
3. QUANTITY: 20,000 m3 by now. One year?s contract is available .
4. PRICE: FOB YANGGUANG USD. price range 1250/m3
CIF price available upon request
5. PAYMENT: BY IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE L/C AT SIGHT, ISSUING BANK SHOULD BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE SELLER.
6. INSPECTION: THE BUYER CAN SEND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES TO INSPECT THE COMMODITY UPON LOADING.
7. ALLTHE LEGAL EXPORT DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE SELLER.
8. DELIVERY: SHIPMENT DATE IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING ACCEPTABLE L/C.
Our Teak is of best quality. More importantly, since the country of Myanmar has started to restrict the cutting and exporting of teak woods, all other ILLEGAL channels of export of teak is considered as smuggling from the border. Our Channel, MTE, is the only legal enterprise for exporting of this teak wood product.
We deal with Myanmar Timber Enterprise (MTE), the only legal company, under their Ministry of Forest, which can export the timber from Myanmar. Annually, they export numerous cubic meters of woods to various regions.
