Sell Permanent Magnetic Stirrer
Cooperating with China Academic Institute of Science since 2000, the research and development of strong permanent magnetic stirrer is our key cooperating project. After many years’ careful study and repeated experiments, we succeeded in solving the problem that the permanent magnet cannot work steadily in the high temperature for a long period and enlarge the application in metal melting line. It is an industrial revolution in non-ferrous metal melting. Featuring with small volume, lightweight, simple structure, reliable performance, long service life and low energy-consumption, it has gained good reputation from the clients. We have applied for the national patent.
It is widely used in the melting of non-ferrous metal, with features of high efficiency and energy saving, it can replace the mechanical blending, manual blending and electric magnetic blending completely. It is installed at the bottom or side of the smelter, holding furnace and aluminum scrap furnace to drive the solution in the furnace rotate.
With the unique design for magnetic circuit and computerizing simulation, the alnico of high performance, coercive and remanence is treated by special technique with excellent performance.
Adopting mechanical drive to blend, ascend and descend and move, it features with reliable and safe work, environment-protection and long service life.
The solution can be driven to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise and the speed can be adjusted automatically, which make the alloy solution form whirlpooling and seething. The component of alloy can be mixed fully. The rational setting for blending intensity can supply the high rotary force for the bottom of solution and the low rotary force for the top of solution. It can reduce the oxidation, burning loss and enhance the quality of melting product.
One stirrer with the matching remote controlling system can control several furnaces with high automatic performance at the different time.
