A cleaning process of the entire grain is carried out through a sieve, where the impurities are removed. Then the shell is extracted and a cooking process begins. Subsequently it is ground in different sizes, thus can be found three varieties of Bulgur Wheat: Thick, Fine and Fine Extra. Finally the wheat is classified according to its grainmetry (?) and it is prepared for the packing. The processes of milling, dried and packing are carried out with machineries designed especially for it. All the process is carried out in our plant in strict conditions of cleaning and hygiene. The storage is carried out in silos that possess a modern system of cooling and measurement of temperature that maintain the cereal in its optimal condition. In none of these processes we utilizes artificial aggregates, neither additives, so that the properties of the wheat are conserved. Because of it the elaborate product constitutes a food 100% healthy and natural, rich in the content of vitamins and fibers. In recent years, we expanded the payroll of its products; working at present not only the Bulgur Wheat but also them derived from the Candeal Wheat as the semola and the bran, among others.
