Equipped with injection molding machines from 35 Ton to 500 Ton, we are able to produce parts ranging from precison small parts to relatively large housings and to process a wide variety of thermoplastic resins, including engineering grade materials. We are also capable of producing insert molded parts. We also supply our customers with a full range of after moulding services such as plastics machining, ultrasonic plastic welding, heat staking, plastic decorating by silk or tampon printing, assembling, painting and packaging.
We have eccentric and hydraulic presses from 1 to 250 tons, a complete assembly line and an in house tool making shop that designs and manufactures a variety of plastic injection moulds and sheet metal cutting and forming dies utilizing state of the art CAD / CAM System
