Dear Sir/Madam,
We are an agent from UK. We specialise in supplying commodities to our customers & Agents primarily in Africa.
Currently we are seeking additional suppliers of Basmati Long Grain & Broken Rice products. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing us details of your range of Rice goods and services including CIF prices and discounts available in respect of volume and frequency of business that might be transacted between ourselves.
In addition to the quality of the product/service and pricing thereof, reliability of supply will be a key determination of our decision to order/purchase.
Our current estimated requirement is 3-5000 bags per month (We hope this will be an on-going commitment from us). This consists of:
1500 bags (each 50kg) Basmati long grain rice
1500 bags (each 50kg) double polish 5% to 25% broken white rice
Delivery to our agent in Port Matadi, Republic of Congo (Zairé), needs to be within 30-45 days of any order place with you. Please quote CIF prices only.
We would be grateful for full details and specifications of our requirements, a quotation in respect of these, your standard terms and conditions of sale and a contact from your company in order to process this further.
We are happy to pay via wire transfer or via letter of credit, subject to agreeing the pricing, the delivery schedule.
Following the confirmation of the specification and availability of the products/services we will want to commit to an order as soon as possible.
