Steam boiler ORO 1 SA is block designed boiler. A joint bed plate accomodates
pressure part, insulation, burner, fittings, feed pumps.
The boiler is cylindrical, horizontal, and has three flue gas passages: furnace plus
two flue gas pipe passages. Flue gas streaming through the boiler is forced by air
supply fan which overcomes the burner and boiler resistance. Optimum furnace
size achieves complete combustion with low air axcess.
Return chamber behind the furnace is placed within water area so that the chamber
walls presents high performance heatin surface.
By leading flue gases through two tube passages we bring flue gases to low outlet
temperatures, resulting in high efficiency at the rate of over 90%, depending on
working conditiones.
Boiler refractory is brought to a minimum and involves only the burner mouth and
return chamber inlet opening cover. Outher walls are covered with high quality
insulation material (mineral wool 100 mm + Al plates)
Firing can be with gas, oil, or combined wih both fuels (depending on burner).
Light chimney, 12 meters high can be instaled directly on the rear smoke chamber
of the boiler (not incl.).
The boiler design complies with current technical regulations and its subject to
continuos improvements to keep pace with technical advances in the field.
Ispection by Croatian Inspection or by TUV (according to PED withCE sign).
