Viglacera – Tien Son Joint Stock Company is before named Viglacera – Tien Son Granite Company under managed direct of Viglacera Corporation ( Vietnam Glass and Ceramic for Construction Corporation), founded from 2001 following the Decision No.1866/QD –BXD dated 02nd November,2001 of Minister of Construction Ministry - On 16th July,2003, the Minister of Construction Ministry signed the Decision No.960/QD – BXD to merge Viglacera Tien Son Granite Company with Viglacera – Thang Long Glazed Tiles Company and change to Viglacera – Thang Long Ceramic Tiles Company directly under management of Viglacera Corporation ( Vietnam Glass and Ceramic for Construction Corporation) - On 19th January,2004, the Minister of Construction Ministry signed the Decision No.111/QD-BXD about changing the Head office of Viglacera – Thang Long Ceramic Tiles Company in Phuc Thang Commune, Me Linh Suburban district, Vinh Phuc Province to a new area Head office in : Tien Son Industrial Zone, Tien Du Surburban district- Bac Ninh Province. - On 23rd,November,2005, The president of management Board of Viglacera Corporation ( Vietnam Glass and Ceramics for Construction Corporation) signed the Decision No.305/QD-HDQT to change from Viglacera – Thang Long Ceramic Tiles Company to Viglacera – Tien Son Granite Company - On 23rd January,2007 The president of management Board of Viglacera Corporation ( Vietnam Glass and Ceramics for Construction Corporation) signed the Decision No.28/QD-HDQT to change from Viglacera- Tien Son Granite Company to Viglacera Tien Son Granite Company - In 2002, the Company had applied the system of quality management ISO 9001:2000 - On May,2006 the Company had applied the Management System following 5S and Kaizen to production activities Area of Production and Business - Producing and trading granite porcelain tiles for construction. - Producing and exploiting building materials - Exploiting and processing minerals - Investing into Infrastructure, housing and industry construction - Transporting of goods - Importing and Exporting direct, investing with joint venture Companies both in domestic and foreeign countries - Investing and trading od finance, securities, banking and real estate	www.toboc.com
