We take great pleasure to hereby submit information regarding our backgrounds, products, activities and potentials: Bushehr Chemical Industries Company (BCIC) is established in 1981 in Southern Iranian Bushehr port, with the purpose of producing various types of industrial and protective coatings and resins with KAHAR as its brand name. BCIC has always been a pioneer in its field of activity, due to its advantage of being located nearby main oil and gas fields such as South Pars (Assaluye which is the biggest oil & gas project of the world), Kangan, Khark, Bahregan… and also due to its longing to maintain superiority in market. The complete line of products manufactured by BCIC are meeting standards set by ASTM, NACE & SSPC. Quality of manufactured products is assured by experienced engineers and technicians using modern laboratory instruments and equipment. BCIC is the manufacturer of different types of Unsaturated Polyester Resins, Alkyd Resins and Gelcoats, Marine/ protective coatings. BCIC's production plants for various products benefits almost two decades of leadership experience. BCIC's UPR production plant is the most extensive and of best quality product in Iran, briefly introduced as follows: 1- Unsaturated Polyester Resins: More than 50 different types of Unsaturated Polyester Resins, used for (production of) : Composite parts (fiber glass)- Tanks- Pipes- Putties-Wood Varnishes-Artificial stones- Buttons and Car Parts for applications such as: SMC / BMC - RTM - Pultrusion - Filament winding, hand lay-up and spray-up processes. Taking into consideration the diversity of Composite products, various types of UPR are needed in Composite industry. BCIC takes pride in manufacturing of various types of resins needed for Composite industry such as: Orthophthalic, Isophthalic, Terphthalic, THPA, TMPD, Bis phenolic and Neopentilic resins for such processing as SMC, BMC, RTM, Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Hand lay-up and Spray-up for production of pipes, chemical tanks, profiles, composite parts, moulds, buttons, putty, adhesives, solid surface, glossy and polished polyester for wooden surfaces, etc. 2- Gelcoats 3- Protective Coatings -Marine coatings 4- Alkyd Resins Hope the above could give a clear insight to our activities and products.
