We are currently looking for a food broker for our beef jerky products in the United States. Casey Welch Beef Jerky Company is the first, and only beef jerky, and 100% natural dog bone company in Central America located in Managua, Nicaragua. Nicaragua is famed throughout Central America for the quality and quantity of beef production. All of our beef jerky is 100% USDA certified. The Casey Welch’s Beef Jerky Company makes their beef jerky with the very best thinly sliced beef available. We then marinate the beef in the highest quality natural ingredients. The beef remains in the marinade until the beef has soaked up the natural ingredients to insure maximum flavor. Once the beef is ready, it is then placed in stainless steel ovens and smoked dried for hours until the raw beef becomes jerky. We at Casey Welch´s Beef Jerky Company believe in putting the very best ingredients into every product that we produce. That is why we only purchase the highest quality ingredients that pass our own rigorous quality control measures. If the ingredient does not meet the very best quality it is simply not used.
