This gives us immense pleasure to introduce to you as an emerging leading manufacturer in the area of Sesame Seeds (natural & white) form India. We are organized in the form of a company registered under the name ‘AMIRA TANNA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD." situated in the state of Gujarat as per the address given above. We have already a very strong goodwill for rice (Basmati and Non-Basmati), pulses and other grains, which are manufactured by our sister-concern ‘AMIRA FOODS LTD’. For GROUND-NUT which are manufactured by "TANNA AGRO IMPEX PVT. LTD" For details The Unit is automated and integrated from input of natural sesame to packed and finished hulled sesame seed. Our Capacity is 5400 MT per annum and the unit is a 100% Export oriented unit with a focus only on export market. We are proud to state that we have been equipped with the world’s best technology: Cleaning & Grading from Buhler and Color Sorting from Sortex, London with Hulling & Drying Section completely made of stainless steel. Further, would like to inform you that the cooling process after drying of seeds is completely automated and is done without any touch from workers i.e. on a special designed cooling machine, whereas other manufacturers used to get the same process done manually by spreading on the floors. We have also been equipped with metal detectors, on-line automatic packing & stitching machines as well. All the processes from feeding seeds to plant till final packing of finished products are integrated through PLC System designed and developed by Buhler. Also, we have in-house laboratory to check all physical properties, oil contents and F.F.A. We have also been maintaining in-process quality control systems to get quality and hygiene at par with European and American Standards. Not only this, we use to practice such a quality control measures and records-system for the procurement & storage of raw material that we can trace the source of raw material at any moment of time in case of any need. One of the important requirement of controlling rodents, insects and pests as per the HACCP guidelines is maintained by us on an on-going basis through a very renowned company & Pest Control of India. We are Certifiied by ISO-9001:2000 & HACCP Company.
