MJ Tin Can Factory Ltd was established in 1993. The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture (metal packaging products). The company has registered capital RMB 6,300,000, total capital is over RMB 30,000,000. The company has 15,000m2 floor area equipped with around 750 can making machines, about 1,500 sets can molds. It can produce 15,000,000 cans monthly. The company has carried out series reform and improvement since founded. Now the company has six departments: cutting, pressing, packing, mold, color printing, and design department, and formed standard management. The company had gathered a group high qualification management and technical personnel, thus it is capable to design and produce all kinds of cans according to customers’ demands. In order to meet customer’s demand to quality, we introduced Japan advanced PRIMEXP452 printing machine and Britain CARTREE Two tone printing machine, Japan Dingchuan Metal coating machine, Japan SCREEN two tone proofing machine, step and repeat machine and other matching facilities. Consider the demand of the market, we built 2,600m2 tin plate warehouse, restore large quantity iron materials of different specifications. The company also equipped with brand new cutting machine, can cut and flattening all kinds of iron materials, to ensure the demand and quality of typeset printing. The company’s management concept is “Safety, high efficiency, superior quality, low cost”, by which the company set up quality management system, to use complete quality management policy and standard inspection measure as the inspection tenet, and to hold Zero Defect as the quality goal. The company has passed the certificate of ISO9001: 2000 in July 20th, 2003, and took it as the standard for quality inspection, to make product quality more perfect. At present, the company’s products mainly including: round can, square can, profiled can, iron arts and crafts four series. According to the purposes, they can be divided into: gift box (watch box, pencil case, CD case, jewelry case, glasses case, squeezer case, perfume case, case with handle, saving box…), food case (coffee can, chocolate can, tea can, cookie jar, cake can, ginseng can, alcohol can, cigarette case…) ; iron case craft works (key holder, hanging lamp, candle stand, cigarette ash case, cooker mat, cup wad, barrel and other colored painted iron crafts works). The company has over 1000 products, and most of them are sold to Japan, Middle East, America and Europe. At present, the company has stable and wide raw material market, many suppliers are supplying us superior and sufficient raw materials. In addition, the company has many can manufacturing subsidiary plants and affiliated iron printing factories. The powerful capital, technical and production strength ensure we can finish orders from customers on schedule and the demands of customers.
