Ningbo Ruyi Foundry Co.,Ltd.is your reliable source for Ductile iron casting, Stainless steel casting,Aluminium alloy casting and Refractory steel casting.The moulding process covers Resin bonded Sand,Resin Shell Moulding ,and Green Sand.Based on the land of size 10000m,the foundry's monthly iron casting output capacity is up to 350 tons,and 80%of the produced castings are sold to overseas markets .Our castings mainly apply to Machine tools industries • Pumps industries • Gas & steam valve industries • Automobile industries • Air compressor industries • Gear cases & accessories • Electric motor body & accessories • Other products. In March of year 2004,Fenghua Ruyi Casting Co.,Ltd. Took the ownership of Fenghua Xinxin Casting Co.,Ltd.and moved the whole non-ferrous metal melting and pouring production line to the production site of Ruyi to form the non-ferrous metal department, which has been producing Ductile iron castings at process of Resin Chemically Bonded Sand, Gravity Die cast and green Sand. The foundry pours to international standards and offers material analysis, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, proof and precision machining. The foundry is ISO9001:2000 certified,its policy is to produce castings to meet your individual requirements, as well as monitoring each stage of production to guarantee high quality. The foundry is located in the seaport city of Ningbo,China, it has convenient inland transportation and there are many sea-freight carriers towards different countries in the daily base.
