We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer/ exporters of blankets, blanket weft yarn and pulled fibres for blankets . We are a sister concern of Panipat based 'Jindal Industries' engaged in manufacturing blankets for the last 20 years. The company manufacture: 1) WOOLLEN & ACYRLIC BLANKETS FOR MILITARY, INSTITUTIONAL & RELIEF USE 2) ACYRLIC BLANKET WEFT YARN IN COUNT RANGING FROM 1 NM TO 10 NM . 3) WOOLLEN BLANKET WEFT YARNS COUNT RANGING FROM 1NM TO 10 NM We have a production capacity of 350 tonnes/ month of blanket weft yarn and approx. 250 tonnes/month of pulled fibres for blankets use and 30000 blankets/month. We are exporting our yarn and pulled fibres to various blanket factories in Africa and Middle East Asia where we have a very good name in quality. Our manufacturing and dyeing facility are based in city of panipat and Kandla SEZ and we are capable of supplying any product quality demanded by our customers ensuring timely deliveries and most competitive prices. We believe in providing best quality to our valued customers. Therefore we support rigorous quality control checks and standards on the production of our products. Our company has all in-house dyeing, carding, spinning facilities. The company has 9 Italian carding lines (befama , sangiorgia, marzolie, HDB makes) as we as Italian spinning machines which are capable of spinning yarn up to 12-13 tonnes per day. Our Italian dyeing plant for dyeing fibres is capable of dyeing 15 tonnes per day. Our state of the art baling press packs up to 23-26 tonnes in a 40ft high cube container which results in cheaper landed costs for our yarn.
